ADP Celergo vs. Workday Workforce Management

ADP Celergo is well suited for companies that are in one country and moving to a new country/location, which we are in the midst of as we add European offices. This multi-national software has allowed us to seamlessly make the transition for some of our employees. This may be less appropriate for companies that are only operating in one country.

Workday is well suited as am employee because it allows me to easily access pay and goal-setting information at a large org. It also made the process of getting hired and initially onboarded simple. I imagine it could be less helpful at a smaller organization where people have more direct access to folks in payroll

• The tasks function is somewhat clunky, and its hard to see who the task is sent to next in order to follow up with them.
• In-process referrals don't always show up in the "My Referrals" tab
• Filters on tasks don't always work.

Workday Payroll and Workforce Management is a great resource, it makes the payroll process and HR functions simple. If implemented properly, there are well defined roles and it does much better than most payroll systems currently out there. The day to day functionality is very easy and pretty easy for time tracking, and teammates to view the systems.

We had previously used Paylocity and Workday and they were a step below ADP in terms of payroll processing and reporting. This application has given us increased efficiency in our payroll process and cut down our time significantly. We selected ADP Celergo as we were adding additional countries to our company and it made this seamless

Workday is much easier and simpler to use. It's very straightforward and easy to train people on.

• More staff felt comfortable using Workday Payroll and Workforce Management to complete tasks
• Having a mobile app made it possible to submit or approve hours when you're on the go and not at your desk in front of a computer.
• Because of the mobile app, it made it easier for student worker to submit their time when they are at home.
