ADP GlobalView Payroll is well suited if we want to process payroll for multiple employees at once. It helps in calculation of hourly compensation for employees having different payrate. It also helps in auto run of payroll at regular intervals. There is still a scope of improvement for contractor payment in different currencies.

It is best suited for companies that want their HR function streamlined and automated. It's also suited for companies that want their employees to engage more and collaborate on the same platform.
