If you are looking for a platform to host and run your loyalty program through, Antavo is the best out there. The mechanics and customer journey options available with front end support is unmatched. The options for digital wallet for wallet messaging has allowed for a new channel for customer relationships

  • The onboarding process could have been a bit better with some delays and some integrations taking longer than expected
  • Not enough engagement after the initial launch of the loyalty program for a few months (it got better in the end).

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.
