Apple Numbers is the PERFECT tool if you are looking to plan a conference at your church. Furthermore, if you are a youth pastor, Apple Numbers is incredibly useful in keeping track of how much each of your high school students has accumulated funds towards their summer camp bill. Lastly, Apple Numbers is perfect if you are trying to keep track of all your upcoming preaching opportunities.

Usability
Apple
Apple Numbers is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I find it much easier to navigate than its competitor Google Sheets because it seems to have a much simpler interface. It is also easily integrated within Apple devices, so there is no need for additional logins, subscription fees, or software access

Alternatives Considered
Apple
I think Apple Numbers is inferior to both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Google Sheets is more readily available for everyone and does not have the requirement that someone be on a MacOS system. Microsoft Excel, being the industry standard for spreadsheet management, has the benefit of copious amounts of documentation and support for its product, which Apple Numbers is lacking.

Return on Investment
Apple
  • My clients are in their 20s and 30s. Apple Numbers is a cleaner spreadsheet so it presents my business are being modern to my clients.
  • For my clients that don't "speak spreadsheets," Apple Numbers doesn't overwhelm them. The formatting is visually more appealing than alternative spreadsheet software.
