Likelihood to Recommend	Arcserve We have various customers within the insurance and law sectors that frequently have to refer back to legacy emails and documents and having the luxury of indefinite backups mean it’s incredibly convenient to recover these files in the event local copies have been deleted. Where it sometimes falls down is when customers have wanted to recover emails that have allegedly been sent/received by disgruntled employees, but were sent, read and deleted in between backup jobs. The Smart Search works relatively well and is easy to recover. Sometimes the restoration process can take a while depending on the size and amount of emails but is generally ok. Alternatives Considered	Arcserve Barracuda Cloud to Cloud backup was never really given a fair comparison due to our existing relationships with Arcserve. From research and light sales meetings, the products seem to be the same premise with no real obvious benefit to either. Our choice was a matter of preference for vendor. The price was comparable but we were spending too much time trying to maintain and improve the product which was costing us time in productivity. Return on Investment	Arcserve Being so cheap, it’s easy to package and sell as a service. Being so convenient, it sometimes can drain internal resource as clients can rely on it too much.
