Cloud backups done right
We manage the IT for 50 companies who use Office 365 with Axcient x360Cloud. Most companies are unaware that Microsoft's retention policies aren't a backup and this is where Axcient fits in. We've had many occasions where we've needed to restore snapshots to recover emails from users who have left the company, etc. x360 Cloud gives us as administrators and clients the peace of mind that all their 365 cloud data is being backed up and easily recoverable if and when required.

- Compared to the previous vendor, Axcient is saving us $1,000 per month and providing better value
The performance and GUI for the previous products were inferior to Axcient's x360Cloud. The price was comparable but we were spending too much time trying to maintain and improve the product which was costing us time in productivity. The feature set was also not as good as what x360Cloud is providing.

As an MSP, we have been able to provide protection for cloud documents to our customer. With Axcient x360Recover, we can feel confident that we are providing a service that is commonplace today but reliable with Axcient. This protection comes at a reasonable price that makes profit margins obtainable without scarifying quality.
We did a extensive POC and ultimately decided to not completely migrate over to Axcient x360Cloud due to one major issue we had which was the lack of daily backup verification meaning that the back up that was taken is not verified working daily as it is with some other vendors however most of the other toolset impressed us quite a bit and we deployed on a few different solutions.

My absolute favorite thing about the Axcient x360Cloud line up was the options and the bring your own device on some of the non cloud options and they have a strong presence among some of the other competitors. However the cloud agent needs a little more fleshing out in order to make it really stand out among the pack
