It is a robust software with great management and data model. It can be difficult to learn how to use and deploy the first time but the mapping and features work very well and have optimized our productivity and cost savings. We can customize reports, create rules and integrate with other applications. Overall I recommend it.

If you are working with payments and you don`t want to store that kind of data to avoid a lot of strict requirements and headaches with tight processes, strict security, encryption and everything else you can leverage VGS platform to greatly reduce the work needed to enable payments in your system. They also provide tokenization for some other kinds of data but we currently do not use them. VGS platform also provides a product for compliance and controls (VGS Control) which helps you get ready and maintain compliance in your organization.

Support has been excellent to date - very user friendly and knowledgeable to help support our needs and issues as they arise.

I'm not sure since I never used support. My colleagues never had any issues with it, therefore my rating would be an 8 with a certain range of uncertainty.

The support is pretty decent, sometimes take a little bit o time to solve things (not critical things) but that is part of the ticketing/email async communication so its fine. All the times I had to contact support a got my issue solved and a lot of attention from the support team to help solving the issue.

Ataccama ONE is a designated tool for Data quality monitoring. Supports end to end. Quite easy to deploy. Alteryx is more about coding or almost as complicated while Ataccama ONE is a bit easier to use. Different interfaces. Many views automatically available for data sets in Ataccama ONE. Output is vizualized in the tool. While more data transformation is required in Alteryx.

Informatica MDM has proven it's worth in the organization by driving the revenue growth. It saves our lot of time by filtering out duplicate values and helps in solving critical business problems. It is very helpful when we deal with a lot of data. Apart from this we can populate data on various third party integration which is most useful case

We evaluated Drata as an alternative for VGS Control, but VGS platform control integrates a lot of controls around VGS itself and also with Cloud Infra that we use, which makes the process faster. Also keeping everything with the same vendor makes things easier to manage.
