Avoma is a tool that provides solutions to make the most of each meeting, it is an online solution that improves the way we collaborate, increasing productivity by saving time and increasing communication between teams in a visual, secure, and flexible way, achieving smart meetings and helping to the best decision making where just one click is enough.

Parabol has been very useful in running meetings in person as well as digitally. Parabol become extremely useful for us in COVID when we used smart meeting scheduling and run them in an agile way using Digital Kanban board and sticky notes, easy to manage check-ins and integrations with internal tools.

It was easy to set up and get started, as well as connect to our CRM and our Zoom account and Outlook calendar. However it's not perfect because we have had trouble with meetings not getting recorded when our Zoom meetings storage got full. We figured it out in the settings later.
