Award Force vs. Woobox

When we run a series of award program with different set of judges in rounds, we have had the best use of AF. It is highly competent in processing the applications specially as our number of applicants are over 2000. Therefore, we have been able to streamline the entire award process and reduce the margin of error and very transparent and efficient judging criterias implemented.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

I constantly use the product and they are continually evolving and developing new tools. The customer service is also US based and very efficient to address issues or questions.

It is very intuitive and provides all necessary fields to begin promotions even if you have no graphic or programming skills

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Easy to integrate with existing Facebook account.

The customer support team was outstanding in AF. They were very attentive and on point in our requirements. Also the pricing was very affordable. We had few recommendations from existing users who were already in our business market.

To be honest, I prefer Rafflecopter over Woobox. Good product, but I feel like Rafflecopter has more to offer the user.

• No dependency on separate vendors for different features and cutting cost.

• ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
