Everstage is well suited for smaller sales teams as it is little rigid with handling changes and maintenance is a task. Managing and computing on everstage is accurate and fast but making changes will require you to take help from the support team. They have an amazing support team to help you out.

  • Quota Attainment Tracker - This gives graphical representation of how much attainment has been achieved year wise

Using Everstage, plans can now be easily rolled out in a matter of minutes and today, everyone from sales ops to the C-Suite has quick access to the intelligence they need to inform better sales forecasting. With Everstage on our desktops and mobile devices, we keep commission pay transparent and accessible.

Pages load quickly and dashboards refresh reliably under normal conditions. Reports complete in reasonable timeframes for standard queries. The Salesforce integration runs smoothly without noticeable slowdowns

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

Everstage has kept its promise of providing timely, accurate incentive calculations while outperforming against previous solutions. It takes overly complex process with lots of data and inputs, and streamlines it and makes the process much more efficient. It was chosen also due to its high level of integration with our existing CRM platform, as well the robust nature of the software itself.

  • Build transparency amongst consultants and management in terms of commission calculations. Earlier when this was done using manual Excel sheets, many a times sharing the underlying details with the consultants was missed and they had to follow-up with the Revops team or the management.
  • Faster reconciliation - With Manual sheets, reconciliation was done at the end of the quarter. With this tool, we are pushed to ensure that the data that is fed into the system is reviewed and approved every month, thereby ensuring a faster quarter end closure from commissions stand point.
  • Generating leader board for friendly competition and President's club. Earlier, we struggled to keep this updated, but Everstage ensures that this is accessible and udpated every month based on the consultant performance.
