Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Everstage to track my commission in Real time earlier for this we need to rely on excel sheets which was also not real time and that too only managers had that access. It helps me to be motivated and work towards achieving more incentive after looking into what I have earned till now. It's interface is very easy and user friendly. When new user comes to this platform they will easily get used to it. Large organizations can also use this platform to keep their employees motivated. Thank you Eversatge for this features.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Real time Commission Track.
Transparency is maintained as it shows data according to target achieved.
We can also check previous months data due to it's Statement feature.
Simple and easy user interface.

Cons

Sometime creates Login issue.
Salesforce sync is slow.
Custom date option not available.
Ux needed a fix.

Return on Investment

It helps me to track my progress in terms of Commission earned and motivate me to work harder to earn more.
It's Statement feature helps me to track my previous performance.
It's user friendly interface helps every individual to get all details very easily.

Salesforce CMS

Everstage completely changed the way that we used to trace our performance earlier. The access was with managers only to provide the information on our commission earned. With it's simple and user friendly interface I can track of my performance in terms of incentive earned and motivates towards achieving more. All I can say is that With Everstage All is well now.
