Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Data Analysis Transperancy in order control Real time data,To make the organisation sustain in a particular focus towards the goal that has been set more than 10 years ago getting supported in a proper data format now, Still now orthodox excel sheet were maintained for minor level analysis now we have a proper data on real time basis which helps to make the ISM standard improvement in a streamline. The product analysis is also possible with this tool at any point by checking the number of refunds and revenue. We can do a real time check on incentive and it suggests for MTD and DRR for RNR and monthly target. Regarding month wise analysis, it very transperant so no issue we do face about calculation when any payroll related problem happens. This tool UI and UX both are good for any new use who has not used any tools before and that is very necessary for any organisation. The MTD achievement section shows the daily run rate as well and that helps the inside sales managers to understand and can get a clear clarity about the monthly target and efforts require. Business managers can understand the product growth also

I have not used any other product I have check Xoxoday it is very horrible to check data nothing is there not even a single payment gets refelcted whereas Everstage gives real time analysis, Everstage is very fast to check the details on immediate basis. Everstage helps to analyze even the product also

For Higher level analysis were we need to check ISM wise course payment it is getting difficult for any manager to track, custom date is not available to check the date wise payments in the system. ISM need to check the RNR is separate dashboard and monthly MTD is present and DRR is not that great

It has a proper product level analysis where we can understand which product is doing good in the market and we can sell that product more. The sales executives can understand how they have to do to reach 100% of their target

The reason to give this rating is corely because of multiple level analysis, everstage provide product level analysis which is truly beneficial for any business manager, we can understand which product is doing good in the organization and we can understand which sales executive is selling more which course. Yes - XOXO Compass we replaced
The reason to replace XOXO compass because it does not provides a clear idea about the incentive structure then product analysis was not there in the tool
