It is very well suited for entry-level positions, or even part-time or PRN, where they can work around their school schedule. I think for any positions requiring specific experience, this is not going to be the best place to find those types of employees.

  • The site is a little misleading when you sign up, as I didn't realize I can only post one free job per day.
  • The resume database is not easy to filter down.
