I have yet to identify a short coming with this solution. I have found it easy to configure, manage, and restore items when needed. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is also very proactive at managing our account and assisted us in validating the configuration for any new functions that need to be implemented.
CloudAlly is a great backup for Salesforce and Box that is cloud based for a reasonable monthly/annual cost. Thankfully, we have rarely had to use our backups, but the service has been very reliable. It is less appropriate if you are not storing a lot in any of the platforms that they backup
Easy to configure, easy to manage, and easy to utilize when needing to recover data. If you have questions or issues, Barracuda support is quick to assist.
