bluecap AI Meeting Assistant vs. Demodesk

In my experience, Bluecap can handle pretty much all meeting scenarios, including business and personal. It is good for in-person, face-to-face interactions, and also virtual sessions. It is accurate and efficient and he’s improving all the time. It would be hard to use bluecap whilst traveling in a car, as the technology on mobiles is not as sophisticated as it would be on a desktop or laptop in my opinion. however, this is a good piece of kit and technology, so I expect the technicians at Bluecap to smooth out any kinks moving forward.

Demodesk is perfect for sales and marketing professionals, particularly in the technology & software space. Instead of screen sharing a demonstration, you can use their platform. This causes many fewer issues with lagging, poor internet connection, etc., which causes a much smoother demonstration of the software. It is great for marketing as well as being able to incorporate branding and improving consistency in the appearance of sales meetings.

Frankly, there was no comparison. Bluecap AI Meeting Assistant does things that we have not seen before. It has opened a whole new world for us and provided us with more ammunition to "trust the data".

The recording space in the cloud and the virtual display is something Microsoft Teams is missing. As per my personal experience, Demodesk is much more faster than other conference tools. Also, it's more reliable when the internet connection is low or not good. The lag rate is a lot less, which makes this tool a differentiator.
