Overall Satisfaction with Demodesk
Demodesk was used as an experiment in our organization through our admissions department - as they would have to recruit agents that would also recruit future students. Therefore, we tried to use it as a sales platform when meeting new international agents instead of a simple ZOOM or Google meeting.

Demodesk feels a lot more suitable for pitching our services to agents since it is more interactive than the usual screen sharing tools. The major advantage for me is that it's cloud-based, i.e., I don't have to share my local screen with all my info visible and notifications popping up but I always have a clean environment without distractions to show the agent. You can also arrange the presentation content beforehand. What I also really like is how easily I can share mouse control with agents without them having to install any browser extensions.
