Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Bluecap predominantly for assisting me with setting up various business meetings, taking notes in those meetings, and generally being a personal assistant to me online rather than having an actual person to this task for me. This has allowed me to be more cost efficient in this area and I’m using it on a regular basis. It is very important to make sure that every thing works before during and after these meetings. I prefer the online assistant but I’ve used Bluecap versus other similar products. It is more straightforward, definitely more accurate and it has a better reporting and visualization function. Bluecap is one of the leaders within this cluttered market, and I only expect it to become more sophisticated and more efficient, and valuable for small, medium, or large companies in the future. It is a good standard-bearer and a system that I am happy to use and recommend.

In my experience, Bluecap can handle pretty much all meeting scenarios, including business and personal. It is good for in-person, face-to-face interactions, and also virtual sessions. It is accurate and efficient and he’s improving all the time. It would be hard to use bluecap whilst traveling in a car, as the technology on mobiles is not as sophisticated as it would be on a desktop or laptop in my opinion. however, this is a good piece of kit and technology, so I expect the technicians at Bluecap to smooth out any kinks moving forward.
