Overall Satisfaction with Demodesk
This is a very important tool we use for the sales stack. We use Demodesk to onboard our new customers. The playbooks for the demo are simply amazing; the shared control is a really good feature and helps us for an easier walkthrough of our products being offered to our customers.

Evaluating Demodesk and Competitors
Yes - Demodesk has replaced Zoom, Zoom was not providing the features we were looking for. Demodesk has changed our customer experience entirely and there is no going back.

The single most important feature was the product features. We needed software that could integrate with the calendar, playbook customization, live preview for presentations without requiring a download an application.
We would not change the evaluation process at all. If it were not for the evaluation and selection process we had used initially we would not have made such a great choice!
