The kvCORE platform is described by the vendor, Inside Real Estate in Draper, as a next-gen solution for modern brokerages and enterprises to run their entire business on one platform.
I think Blueshift is well suited as a CRM. It does a great job handling the customer information that you need, placing it, and displaying it in one concise place. They could do better in regards to being forthcoming with information. Documentation is weak, and depending on who you speak with on the support team, they may have different answers to the problem you're having. In my experience, there are a lot of inconsistencies in how they think about reporting, that someone who's been in marketing for the past 10-years, has to relearn and rethink how we share data for KPIs.
I can't name one thing I like about using kvCORE. It has so many moving parts. This was what was offered by my brokerage & the training is all via long online prerecorded training sessions. I gave them many hours before I decided it would be more advantageous to take my leads & not use any part of kvCORE.
Customer Segments + Recommendations Tool - Blueshift and has helped with automating and personalizing our retargeting efforts. The true value of Blueshift was realized when we could launch triggered marketing campaigns targeted to specific segments based on a user's behavior onsite, and deliver relevant personalized content using the AI-based Recommendations tool.

Brokerage to Agent Management. We can assist agents with lead nurture and website edits, as well as see a rollup report of their engagement with their leads and contacts.
I love the marketing automation. Not just smart campaigns. Market Reports and Setting up cool house search alert emails has been a key way our agents automate touches with their sphere of influence in kvCORE.
kvCORE allows us to very easily run a free leads program. We run enterprise property boost to automatically drive leads from our listings into a pond where our agents claim and work leads.
I love being able to spin up a new website for an agent in seconds, and editing their website for them easily allows us to provide an efficient high level of support.
I also love how kvCORE keeps your leads and contacts private from your brokerage and how easy it is to export your contacts. Privacy is a cool feature.
It would be great for the texting portion of the app to work a bit more like actual text where I could record a video on my phone to answer a question or thank them for looking on my site and be able to just record and send right from the text feature.
I would love to see an automatic chat feature- like how we can automatically chat and connect with help. If our leads could connect and auto chat with us in the same way.
If kvcore wasn't the absolute worst with usability across the board I wouldn't have written this review. I have never used anything this costly that couldn't be simply learned by using it.
I have not used support for myself, but my team has to upload contacts into the Smart CRM. Since there are specific categories used in kvCORE, the template is very important to make sure they match and can be reconciled. The team members who used support were very excited to have their help.
Customer has a better UX/UI but Blueshift's capabilities are far stronger. The price is also more interesting considering what it does. Blueshift doesn't have certain integrations that are useful for startups (like Slack) but it's something that they should be having soon. Social media interconnection is also a step in the right direction that Customer hasn't moved toward
kvCore is much better than Top Producer because it is automated. If you do not have an assistant then Top Producer is basically useless. It gives a lot of todos, it doesn't just do it. kvCore is just easier to use and much more intuitive than CINC. It has things built in that you have to set up in CINC. But CINC is good maybe because I used KV first and just didn't want to learn another. Google works well with my phone but so does kvCore especially for txt. I also like the autodialer. It is ok, not great, but way better than nothing. Premier Agent is just Zillow and I transfer everything out of there easily. It does have some follow up features but KV is way better more in sync, intuitive, reacts to buyer searches, and sends auto txt and stuff. For a market leader, kvCore does a better job with AI and reactions to buyers searching habits where ML just has a one set search and does not change unless you physically change it. Where KvCore adjusts to the homes a buyer looks at. KV also sets up a search alert automatically based on what they looked at already. I like the monthly market report in KV better then ML for an exact address but the city or zip code monthly market report is not the best on either... You should be able to do a city, zip code, or neighborhood market report. Just click the neighborhoods you want on a map and that should be it. That searchability should also be on the activity report. I think neighborhood search is the up and coming demand for all buyer searches. Buyers could choose to live and buy a home in 3 different towns but there may only be 2 or 3 neighborhoods they would live in. Or 1 in this town, 3 in this town, and 2 in this town. We should be able to send that info.
