Overall Satisfaction with kvCORE

CMA, Lead generation, etc is what it's for. I don't use it anymore than I need to. Fortunately I'm not required to to use it. But it's provided by my brokerage. I wish it was user friendly. I pay to use it as part of my monthly desk dues. I get my leads out of kvCORE & take those elsewhere.
  • Not one thing!
  • It sends unwanted canned responses to potential clients that you haven't approved. You must figure out how to use it to make them stop. This was day 1.
  • If you like to learn using many many different videos to learn a product, then this maybe for you.
  • As costly as I'm told kvCOREis for our brokerage, perhaps a training done done by a real live kvCORE trainer would be an excellent start.
  • Having kvCORE up where the different components can be used separately. It very all-or-nothing now.
  • Make it more user friendly.

  • Negative in that I pay for kvCORE but will not use it
  • Negative in the way kvCORE may get set up so before you learn to stop it it can send out canned responses to clients that confuse them. For example, kvCOREwould send all potintal clients an email that assumed I had met the client and said client was an investor. The caused several loss clients & many apologies from me.
  • Negative in training... Not everyone enjoys hours & hours in prerecorded trainings. The train classes turn into your JOB, instead of actually handling real & important clients.
I didn't chose kvCORE. It's the only type system my brokerage has used since I joined. My brokerage is fabulous & I will not let KV Core be the reason I go elsewhere. I wish I could tell you how it compares to others similar systems. All O know is my own sad way to isn't good but at least it doesn't require hours & hours of instructional videos. I need to be working not learning kvCORE.

I can't name one thing I like about using kvCORE. It has so many moving parts. This was what was offered by my brokerage & the training is all via long online prerecorded training sessions. I gave them many hours before I decided it would be more advantageous to take my leads & not use any part of kvCORE.

kvCORE Support

These support folks can help only by directing you to the hours & hours of trainings you can take to become a better user. Everything thing you want to learn has to be done in long training modules.

I have no idea. I wasn't a part of the decision making. I don't think that has been offered. I have certainly discussed my concerns with brokerage but that particular option hasn't been mentioned.
I would love to be able to give an example, however that's the basis for my review. All INSIDE REAL ESTATE (KV Core) can do is suggest the many many learning modules where you can get the answers if you have time to devote to their software.

Using kvCORE

If kvcore wasn't the absolute worst with usability across the board I wouldn't have written this review. I have never used anything this costly that couldn't be simply learned by using it.

  • Setting up my profile
  • Getting those annoying text bulbs started is very easy
  • Getting someone on the phone, also easy... But be ready to take notes learning modules you'll need to take & master. You'll need to learn how to do the simplest things with a module or a YouTube video.
  • You'll need to send KVCORE your customer list to get your CMA list entered... They recommend this
  • Changing the canned responses that go out even if you haven't set them up to go out.. be prepared for verbiage you didn't select. You can fix this after you complete a learning module.
