Bluesnap admin usability is much higher than other processing gateways on the market. The integration and reporting is above average

None. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We will never recommend or even think about doing business with them again.

• Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed.

Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.

Clover and square were up front with all fees. [I think] TSYS will try to sell you their product saying medical credit card processing has to be HIPAA complaint. [I feel] [this] is [not] true. They will say they don't have a minimum processing fee. [I feel] [this] is also not true.

• Positive impact on work flow- employees can quickly cross-reference reports to close out the day
• TSYS can be expensive. We are considering alternatives as we continue to improve our practice.
• More than one employee can be logged in at one time allowing for responsibilities to be shared to help with work flow and productivity.
