Bookafy vs. SimplyBook.me

In my experience, Bookafy has pretty much the same features as the other well-known scheduling apps. In terms of functionality, the two obstacles I experience were setting up a hidden (not shown on the main booking page) meeting for special bonus calls you don't want anyone to have access to. Yes, you can set up a paid meeting and give someone a coupon to access it free but that seems like an extra unnecessary step. The other limitation was how ugly it looks to embed meetings on a website. The scheduler looks fine inside Bookafy, but when embedded, it doesn't flow as well. For everything else, it works well. If you want to sync the scheduler with email marketing systems, most of the integrations work through Zapier so that can be an additional cost. Bookafy focuses on the meeting schedules.

SimplyBook.me is actually well suited for product/service based business which require one to one involvement with clients or prospects or if the users need support. SimplyBook.me comes really handy for booking the concerned person's time slot as per their availibility or open time, both parties can see their availibility and connect/sync accordingly.

• Easy to embed the appointment form to websites
• You can show off professionalism while booking meetings
• You can sync the appointments with Google Calendar
• Easy to use interface, so you don't waste time trying to figure out things around.

• It is nice web application through which we can manage our meetings and events.
• it have simple user interface and very user friendly
• It have notification , through which we get alert message about our meetings , event , task, and much more
• We can Upload many documents into this for our references and futures purpose

• Lack of calendar customization.
• Tracking data.
• Configuration is confusing.

• Schedule delay for beyond a day because there are times when I want to book beyond 3 or 4 days but I have to instead remember to come back before 1 day to set the reminder.
• Confusing to pay for different features because many times I have found it unclear what features will be available to a paid user and what still will need to be paid for.
• The interface is not easy, it takes time to adjust to things and find the options you find, navigation becomes relatively easier once you get the hang of the app.

Bookafy is more advanced and has more features that I need comparing to these other brands. Calendly is very basic while Bookfy offers more robust features.

This software works far better for this specific industry when placing candidates in the medical field. The reason why is client information for companies and candidates is important to provide to each party. Calendly does an okay job at this but the integration could use work. EngageBay has a lot of other tools and isn't primarily a calendar tool but the calendar has basic features we used.

• In around an hour or so, I have been able to solve my worries about getting paid, organizing my time, leaving me the time and energy to teach and to concentrate on promoting my business.
• It's allowed me, in one stroke, to move forward my plans to add native-speaking language tutors to engage in follow-up courses.
