BRAVO! vs. Xoxoday

Based on my experience, I have found BRAVO! to be a great tool for employee recognition in a variety of scenarios. BRAVO!'s flexibility in allowing team members to send GIFs and animations can create a fun and lively atmosphere in the workplace.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

A similar tool that we have used is Awardco. It is designed to perform all the amazing actions you need for successful employee rewards and recognition program. That said, I observed that BRAVO! comes with more functionality for its users.

A points redemption catalog like gift cards, experiences, perks, financial products, etc. For employee engagement, pulse surveys, internal communication, social intranet, employee recognition, and more.• Gifting, Survey Incentives, Earn and burn programs, Consumer Promotions, Referral bonuses, loyalty campaigns, and more.
