Overall Satisfaction with BRAVO!

Our company uses Bravo to recognize and reward employees for their efforts in real-time. Bravo's leadership feature helps us know which employees are winning and which need some help. It has detailed analytics and reporting feature that gives complete knowledge of leaders with the highest ratings in performance. Later, Bravo also helps us to provide them with transparent rewards.

Pros

Cons

  • Social media integration should be added
  • BRAVOS are limited in number
  • No option to embed videos and animations
  • Built-In rewards store
  • Compliant with all local regulations
  • A leaderboard to keep the motivation kicking
  • Every customer response is given on time.
  • Recognition is transferred to every employee of the company.
  • After Bravo, the employee turnover rate increased by 35%.
Leapsome helps companies to ensure the people management process is on time. It is helpful for businesses to allow their employees to develop and scale up. However, Bravo is more focused on recognizing every member and giving them the liberty to decide how they want to work. The instant recognition people get is sometimes more important than money given at the end of the month. So, Bravo is my favorite due to its more employee-focused approach.

The real-time recognition boosts the talent at all levels of the organization and results in more employee satisfaction and engagement. It is also suited for sending special occasion rewards to someone on your team who may not be present.
