Brivo vs. Infobip vs. Telegram

Brivo is a great cloud-based access control system. It is exactly what you want in this type of platform: solid, reliable, straightforward, and easy to use. We were in the process of rolling out a coworking space and initially became interested in Brivo due to its integration with Nexudus. Upon learning more about Brivo, we realized it was incredibly stable and scalable and decided to deploy it in two of our larger commercial office buildings.

OpenMarket is well suited to support enterprise SMS at scale, with a wholesale and flexible solution. Their provisioning team is great in terms of response time, and support for their products is deeply rooted in industry and technological understanding of SMS. OpenMarket would not be well suited for small companies just starting to test the waters with SMS in a low barrier way.

Telegram has been very well suited for family video calls and conversations where detailed and private information is being shared. Video calling is fantastic and I'm so thrilled that they added group video calls now! The video quality is also so good that I've been able to use it to make virtual portrait sessions happen. I just don't use this for sending out formal contracts and things like that. I feel like email still needs to be used for those scenarios, but any client that just wants a secure way of communicating with me about their private family matters...this is THE app to use!

• OpenMarket does most things well. One thing they are missing is MMS capabilities on text enabled long numbers.
• The portal for entering shortcode program briefs is kind of clunky, it would be nice is account managers took the Word document and imported it into the tool for clients.

• It is so safe to use that many users can share anything, including private pictures of anyone, even nudity as well. That is horribly disgusting.
• They should restrict those users who run nudity in the Telegram groups and community.
• Otherwise, I don't have any problem[s with] Telegram. I am a very satisfied user of Telegram.

As a top tier aggregator, OpenMarket requires contracts to utilize their services, whereas other SaaS providers allow users to signup and start sending within a shorter amount of time. The benefit of using OpenMarket is the relationship, and the SLAs in availability they maintain. Other aggregators offer equal levels of service, so there are other shops in town selling the same thing with the same reliability.

I used WhatsApp Business but it's limited. I can add only 250+/- members to the WhatsApp group. But in Telegram, it's 200000. So this is a big opportunity to promote my event. Telegram has much more user data privacy and company transparency than Signal. I am using both but telegram for vas communication
