I started using it for trans SMS and then elevated it to WhatsApp, automation, and RCS. Infobip teams are early adopters of new channels and help organizations to reach out to customers with an omnichannel experience.

Be clear with volume commitments for delivery channels.
Yes - It was quite well planned. Roadmap was given by infobip team and they were supportive enough to address our queries when there were some roadblocks
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Making the key decision makers from tech and non tech agree on the value proposition.
Since it is used by multiple teams, managing the commercials was slightly a hindrance

During DLT implementation in India by the regulators, Infobip helped us not only to register templates but ensured all our templates were registered right. I remember calling them at 7 AM once during this time and they were with us until the issue was resolved
