Likelihood to Recommend Jobscience is a good fit for medium to large organizations, especially those who have various different lines of business and need one system to be able to handle them all. It is very difficult for me to imagine another system being able to accommodate the very different ways of doing business between our departments. Only a highly flexible system could have a chance at doing that.
Read full review Square is absolutely brilliant if you are just starting out and your business has both an in-person and an online component to it, as Square will solve both in-person POS and online booking/billing. Square also offers the option to create a free website for your company, though it is a very basic site, if you don't have a website yet, this is a VERY helpful option, as it takes away a huge cost. Square allowed us to be up and running in no time, taking away the need to worry about an expensive appointment-setting add-on from our current website provider (Square integrates quite nicely with our current site). Square is probably less ideal for more advanced users or companies with a need for more detailed inventory/service management. But even then, Square will more than likely be able to get the job done!
Read full review Pros JobScience is extremely customizable and flexible. This is a strength because you can tailor it to your workflow, rather than having to change your workflow to fit a software. JobScience is the most intuitive ATS / CRM I have ever used. This is particularly important when hiring and training new employees. The faster they can come up to speed on the core software in your business, the faster they can start generating revenue. JobScience has extremely powerful built in reports. I have yet to need a report that I couldn't build using the internal report wizard. It helps us understand all the numbers at the heart of our business, which is critical in decision making situations. JobScience also has powerful automation components. The email alerts and automated tasks you can set up are great and boost efficiency. We use them a lot, and I suspect we may have only scratched the surface. Action grid - it is a helpful page to use however it is extremely slow and takes a long time to load and can be a bit finicky. It's simple - this is is also a positive, but I also think there could be additional resources added to it to make it more up to date and advanced. Have more options for businesses with more credit card transactions such as monthly or discounted per transaction once a certain number is reached. Have functionality to allow for a typed card number without the higher fee if the software verifies there is a hardware/read error with the card. Read full review Support Rating Square is mostly focused on FAQs and online support, and they do a very good job creating a rich knowledge base. But, if you are not very tech savvy, it could be easy to feel a bit overwhelmed. I would recommend that they add a direct line or chat feature to call, rather than email or Knowledge base first. This might be due to staffing issues at Square, so perhaps it is the best they can do for now.

These packets are created using
Conga ActionGrid , so Jobscience allows us to input all the information, and it would be great if we could create a packet directly through Jobscience, but we require
Conga ActionGrid , as that is then used in Adobe PDF to create the final packet.

It's not a negative impact, just isn't as lead-generation or easy to use for candidate pool search as I would like. Read full review This has allowed me to accept credit / debit transactions without having to have a monthly subscription to a service and lose money on times of no to little use, allowing me to have a broader customer range as checks are risky. All of my initial equipment was free and there were no startup costs so my return was immediate.
