Capterra is best suited for anyone, from business owners looking to upgrade new system software at work to someone looking for reliable internet security at home, Capterra will assist in your decision. It may be less appropriate for anything outside of software, I.E. Medical advice. But if you need help with choosing products for your small business management, this is it.

Clutch is well suited to a new company that is not very established. The site provides you with a way to be seen, a trusted backlink and a bit of traffic to your site. I think Clutch works well for larger companies who provide a very clear service, but not so well for more creative or custom companies.

I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes. In my opinion Capterra and TrustRadius are the top in the market of reviewing sites.
