Overall Satisfaction with Capterra

We often need to make decisions on softwares as our company develops and grows. Capterra helps us ensure that we can quickly rule out softwares which may not be of the standard or flexibility we need, saving us time and money in testing, demoing etc.. Currently, we assess different products against one another using Capterra.

Very well. It is a lot more niche and bespoke to what we need and are looking for. Trustpilot is very broad and not focused on the digital industries so the results were vague and not constructive to us making decisions. Often Trustpilot reviews were weak in fulling assessing positives and negatives, and was only used to critique customer service of platforms.

I'd highly recommend Capterra for users or companies who are making organisational changes and moving from being small to medium in size. Capterra will help make quick decisions and assessments. I wouldn't suggest it be used to make final decisions - just to make initial assessments and rule out certain routes and compare pricing and functionality in an easy way.
