I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.

If you're a new entrepreneur and getting into the online world, Capterra is a wonderful resource to help you get started with investing in tech and software, which every online entrepreneur needs and which can often times seem overwhelming.   • You can find comparisons. Maybe the product you want is out of your price range, well they show you the next best thing.
  • Some products also highlight a list of features.

Its a simple and easy to use tool, you can get set-up and your product published very quickly - its also copies this information to its other review sites. If you have a SaaS product, it should be on your list to sort your Capterra listing out.
