CareAcademy vs. WorkRamp

We are solving the problems of consistent training and accessibility to training. It can be a challenge scheduling everyone and making sure that everything is presented in the same capacity and mannger. It helps tremendously with tracking and reporting initial and continuing education. I can also use it to do review training to refresh new skills. It is easier for our employees to use.

WorkRamp is well suited for Employee Onboarding, Continuous Training, and Ad Hoc training assignments. We specifically use it to roll out training on new products that roll out so that we don't tie up hours of people's time to meet in person and roll it out in a live setting

• Caregivers can easily access training from their mobile devices.
• Administrator reporting is easy to view and understand.
• Training content is thorough and easy to understand.

• Would love to see ongoing trainings that are between 1-5 minutes in length that could be texted to caregivers

WorkRamp has allowed us to keep employees up to date on the most recent trainings so that the entire workforce is working on the same information. It has also allowed us to roll out that training on an ad hoc basis vs gathering everyone together for live training, which can be delayed with calendar conflicts

CareAcademy's training program is easier to understand for caregivers. For administrators it is simple to manage.
