Overall Satisfaction with CareAcademy
I haven't run into too many problems with CareAcademy. The main one I need help with is when caregivers run out of attempts to pass a course. The live chat feature through CareAdademy is beneficial. can send them an instant chat, and they respond within a few minutes to assist. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

- I wish that the reporting was easier to do.
- I wish there were options to pick and choose courses within the purchase package. Some of the courses in our package we will never use. It would be nice to have the option to select additional courses in place of these.
