Overall Satisfaction with CareAcademy

I haven't run into too many problems with CareAcademy. The main one I need help with is when caregivers run out of attempts to pass a course. The live chat feature through CareAdademy is beneficial. can send them an instant chat, and they respond within a few minutes to assist. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

  • I wish there were options to pick and choose courses within the purchase package. Some of the courses in our package we will never use. It would be nice to have the option to select additional courses in place of these.

We are solving the problems of consistent training and accessibility to training. It can be a challenge scheduling everyone and making sure that everything is presented in the same capacity and mannger.
It helps tremendously with tracking and reporting initial and continuing education. I can also use it to do review training to refresh new skills. It is easier for our employees to use.
