If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

This tool is a simple solution to most of the challenging HR tasks like leave application, Training tracking, Career progression, and many others. This makes it enough solution to cater to all the existing and futuristic HR problems.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

This is a cloud-native application and it's very easy to implement and deploy across multiple platforms. This makes it a go-to tool for many organizations. However, the above-mentioned tools are no way less. They are the market leaders in the HRM department and are already established, players. But considering the price tag, they carry on license Advance Cloud HR is absolutely a no-brainer choice for organizations looking to get value for money.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
