If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

Skeeled is an excellent talent acquisition tool that can be used by companies of all sizes. It makes matching up potential candidates to job openings a lot easier due to the customization, automation and data analytics capabilities. It can save your company's HR department and recruiters a lot of time.

  • Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
  • The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
  • The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

Skeeled

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.

  • We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
  • We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
  • We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
