Likelihood to Recommend This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

Read full review Pros The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order. Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use. The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work. Read full review I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.
Read full review I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that. Read full review Using Harri we found that through its functions we were able to attract a large number of potential employees with skills suited to our needs. We were easily able to identify and reflect the great time gain and paperwork savings obtained by using this software.
