It's not perfect but it definitely does its job and what its purpose for. The fact that we were able to access this globally and produce a great product after performing massive bera testing gave that "dev" feels eventhough we aren't. Seeing the cross comment add collaboration made it more intuitive because we were able to narrow down on the specifics of what we were actually testing

Anyone that has a business with a high NPS score should take advantage of this acquisition channel. If your business isn't promotional in nature (i.e., doesn't offer discounts), this type of program may not be as effective. It is important for both the advocate and the recipient to get something out of it. If only the advocate gets rewarded, it will likely diminish your returns.

• One stop destination for managing all aspects of testing, including community, recruiting, feedback (bugs, suggestions, surveys).
• Easy way to communicate with testers and collect their feedback
• Customizability, I can customize the platform to address differences between products.

• Track advocates and reward friends.
• Fraud prevention/Abuse of incentive program.
• Reporting is easy and provides good insights.

• Tag and attribute searching for forms, messages, and surveys
• Report graphics with large datasets
• More of a focus on B2B beta testing and not solely business to customer

• Lacks geo filtering capabilities (i..e, ability to serve refer a friend only to visitors from specific countries). Our team had to put that logic in place on our side instead of relying on Extole.
• Platform requires assistance from account manager for some actions/features that should be in the hand of the client.
• Quality Control has been an issue at time. Our program has gone down because a new global platform update went out and affected our implementation. Extole has been responsive in these types of incidents, but that should not happen.

Centercode is better than Google Forms and Sheets for our use case of a long ongoing beta with participants rotating in and out 10000x times better. However, it might be a little too complex for what we needed. We may have been better off with something in the middle--a little more lightweight and cheaper.

More robust on fraud side. Good support.

• A project and beta testing that could've taken > 6 months or even years was cut down to a month and few weeks only
• Overall accessibility, ease of use, and security were right on the money
• Collaboration tools and features allowing everyone to innovate and spark great ideas and share it

• It took a few months to become ROI positive with Extole, but the ROAS has been good since. It probably represents about 2% of our new customers per month.
