ZoomInfo Sales is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. ZoomInfo Sales helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
My honest opinion is if an organization is fully running a Cerner EMR, it is almost not avoidable choice to use HealtheIntent. From performance and consistency views, it performs very well simply because HealtheIntent and Cerner EMR are from the same place. From the cost perspective, it's up to the contract. But in a general sense, it is more cost effective rather than running a separate analytics framework. If an organization is running a mix of Cerner and other clinical IT system, the answer is all but case by case.

A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.

Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.

Metadata management in HealtheIntent should be improved. For example, we could find similar looking data sources (for example, diagnosis tables with similar names) but it was hard to distinguish and know which one is the one in production. It was because several data stewards loaded the same table with a different purpose (with similar tables names). And HealtheIntent doesn't have a metadata "for a test" or "for development", which makes hard to manage versions of one data source.
To run a SQL in HealtheIntent, there is a time limit of only 10 minutes. Also, there is no delicate configuration of query execution. It may not need a lot of functions like Toad or SQL developer, but what HealtheIntent provides is very limited.
Similar to the one above, HealtheIntent may need better metadata management for users. It is hard to find a table that I need, even to find out the existence of the table. Basic statistics like the size of a table, # of rows may be helpful for users.

For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.

I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.

The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.

There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes

We have had Cerner HealtheIntent for over 10 years and it has been a strong EMR. Other EMRs have been OK. They have just done the job, but haven't lived up to their promise. When a patch is put out for Cerner HealtheIntent, it actually works without bugs. Reaching support for Cerner HealtheIntent is easier and our issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.

ROI may be depending on the contract. But even if an organization is spending the same money for either homegrown analytics or HealtheIntent, HealtheIntent provides more agility of project or cost spending. If you don't like it you can discontinue anytime.
The negative one is, HealtheIntent is a new product in Cerner and at this point, it may not be capable of everything like homegrown analytics. The question would be the future of HealtheIntent and will be able to cover what you need soon.
If an organization is pursuing a standard, generic analytics and reporting (such as the combination of Oracle and Tableau), HealtheIntent is great. If not (for example, running R and d3.js for specific cases), the cost of migration to HealtheIntent will skyrocket.
