ZoomInfo Sales tool is mostly used for market research to provide detailed data on target markets, competitors, and potential customers. It helps identify and segment markets, analyze competitors, and build buyer personas by offering insights into company details, industry trends, and decision-makers. Additionally, it aids in uncovering growth opportunities, assessing market saturation, and supporting geographic expansion, making it a powerful tool for refining market strategies and driving informed business decisions.

- Zoominfo doesn't provide TAM, unlike its competitors (D&B).
- Zoominfo's Capabilities for providing ICP (ideal customer profile) are limited.
- Generating a list and downloading sometimes throws errors (blanks) for no reason. It fixes itself after re-login.
- Zoominfo Sales has reduced our company research effort by at least 80%. We now have all the information in one place.
- TAM (total addressable market) data accuracy is significant.
- AOP planning is flawless, i.e., allocating budget, sales resources, etc., by territory.
ZoomInfo Sales's data quality, intent data, and AI features have helped me in my role. The accurate and up-to-date data makes finding the right companies and decision-makers easier, saving me a lot of time. The intent data helps me understand which companies are more likely to be interested in our products so I can focus my efforts better.
