ChartMogul vs. Kochava

For businesses that rely on subscription/recurring revenue models, especially within SaaS. Once everything is all plugged in, it's so easy to generate granular reports and insights. Straight-up eCommerce businesses that don't rely on a recurring/subscription model might not get as much value.

• Data Ingestion - Because we use a payment processor that ChartMogul understands, they are able to ingest the data automatically and process it with almost no input from us.
• Analysis and Insights - Once we got our data into ChartMogul, we immediately started seeing some patterns in our data that hadn't previously been apparent to us.
• Customizability - ChartMogul makes it fairly easy to customize and extend the dashboard (and to enrich our data manually via the API).

• Kochava is a full attribution tracking system that includes the ability to track mobile apps and browser versions. It has a well-organized dashboard that provides us with useful information.

• ChartMogul doesn't always integrate both ways well. When data is modified that has been previously pushed to ChartMogul, bugs can occur.
• I haven't seen an A/R turnover report but this would be helpful to have.

• Hard to pull reporting
• often tracking issues, and advertisers seem to have a hard time integrating
• lack of visibility on many events, and poor fraud detection

ChartMogul felt like the market leader for SaaS. Its ease-of-use, visual reporting, and overall feature set seemed to align with exactly what we needed. It provides everything needed when it comes to tracking our revenue month-over-month.

It is a wonderful option
with favorable virtues to be applied in the company's marketing process, it
allows us to obtain information through consultation and analysis, they are attentive
and friendly when offering their service and support, it also includes
functions such as a fraud tool for the management of push consent, very useful
for additional reports in analysis teams, is also competitive because it is
providing adequate payment alternatives.

• We are able to see how our company is doing in terms of churn, sales, and overall health.

• Kochava is important because it helps us to study and track smart connections useful for evaluating the success of the marketing process.
• Kochava provides us with several benefits, including the ability to collect all campaign performance data, as well as the ability to measure how much money we spend on our campaigns.
• We can also use Kochava's app links and QR codes to boost our conversion.
• Kochava's BI and third-party solutions provide real-time analytics and excellent reporting.
