ChatGPT vs. Google Cloud Dialogflow

ChatGPT is a outstanding resource for looking for answers to difficult questions for example we were looking for a replacement for a motor in a spa in one of our properties and the website searches were really useless. ChatGPT upon entering the model number of the original motor was able to identify an exact match to a voter that is available and it even included specific recommendations for ensuring an exact fit

Indicated for those who have good knowledge of programming and coding in HTML and JSON, that is, it is not suitable for beginners or users without much technical knowledge. It is suitable for those who want to integrate with various platforms, such as Telegram, Webhat, Facebook Messenger, among others. I also recommend it to anyone who needs to create a chatbot in several languages (it is not automatic translation). Recommended to create new projects in CX environment and not in ES.

It just delivers, even being somewhat rough to get used to it. Users just love it as it feels polished - very well balanced, good chat flows, good workflows, good response time and good usability. It's just somewhat complicated to setup at first glance though, with a semi steep learning curve compared to other solutions around the market.
