We offer a free basic version of white-labeling the dashboard for agencies, but also offer Premium white-label. Premium White-label Option Agency customers may optionally choose to put the entire Grade.us dashboard under your brand and domain. There are additional annual costs to cover the SSL certificate, dedicated hosting, and installation/renewal: $440/yr. This option is not available to Professional plan customers.

Cons	Chatmeter The AI response tool is helpful, but should not be used without tweaks. Some review platforms do not allow responding from within Chatmeter. The social dashboards are not up-to-date with relevant metrics. Some posts show zero engagement when in reality, it has over 100 likes and 30 shares. Alternatives Considered	Chatmeter Before we decided to go with Chatmeter, we looked strongly at Reputation.com. This was several years ago, so I am not as familiar with how they compare now, but at the time we felt that we could get the functionality we wanted and needed from Chatmeter at a better price than Reputation.com.
