Chatmeter vs. ReputationStacker

I am responsible for responding to all reviews that are submitted for our company. We have over 200 locations and it would be time consuming to have to check each of these GMB profiles individually. Chatmeter provides a one-stop solution for quickly and efficiently managing our online reputation.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• The AI response tool is helpful, but should not be used without tweaks.
• Some review platforms do not allow responding from within Chatmeter.
• The social dashboards are not up-to-date with relevant metrics. Some posts show zero engagement when in reality, it has over 100 likes and 30 shares.

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

It's great overall. There's a few areas where improvements could be made. I've been pleased with the updates we've seen since we started using Chatmeter several years ago.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

Before we decided to go with Chatmeter, we looked strongly at Reputation.com. This was several years ago, so I am not as familiar with how they compare now, but at the time we felt that we could get the functionality we wanted and needed from Chatmeter at a better price than Reputation.com.

ReputationStacker is all about on reviews and customer experience. It's not trying to be more than that and add a bunch of other features that we either wouldn't use or are already part of the other tools that we use

• Thanks to Chatmeter, we have consistently improved our online reputation year-over-year in the number of reviews and average rating.
• Chatmeter's analytics tools allow us to effectively measure our online reputation gains for the year and compare against prior years.
• We've been able to drastically improve our online reputation thanks to its quick and efficient interface.

• We pay $99 per month per location and our clicks and calls on our Google Business profiles have gone up a lot since we started using ReputationStacker. One additional new patient per month more than covers the cost of it, and it helps us get way more than one new patient each month at each location. I'd estimate we get a minimum of 5 or 6 new patients a month per location because of ReputationStacker.
