I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to any talent team hiring at scale. We run large scale hiring campaigns for field teams where new sites ramp up, think 50 plus employees. In those case, chekr's ability to launch and track checks in bulk is a lifesaver.

LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

• The ETA calculation to predict when screening will complete for each background check report is good
• The SSO is a huge plus point and helps us to seamlessly login
• the chrome extension comes in super handy to add and update information
• the Background Screening tailored for various regions save a lot of time in formulating the same especially if your company is spread across multiple regions

There are more affordable options out there but checkr is reliable and it definitely an easy premium to pay for the reliability

It has plenty of customization that you can do to help with sending information to those who need it rather than to just one person for all things. Allowing for more workflow customization for your organization's needs.

We have not used any services other than Checkr. We started using Checkr over a year ago and have had no need to try other services. Checkr provides us with the services we need in an easy, complete format. Background / Criminal history checking are our primary use of Checkr and it provides these seamlessly.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

• It is sped up our onboarding process quite a bit since background checks now happen at a pretty fast pace.
• Integration with our ATS has also kept our workflow simple, so my team doesnt need to get training on a separate software and manage multiple logins.
