LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

We have not used any services other than Checkr. We started using Checkr over a year ago and have had no need to try other services. Checkr provides us with the services we need in an easy, complete format. Background / Criminal history checking are our primary use of Checkr and it provides these seamlessly.
