For organizations with high turnover, this is an outstanding way to weed out candidates early in the process and make more room for sound decision making with current hires. Organizations with seasonal and or hourly staff would benefit greatly from this application.

Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.
