Clarabridge (discontinued) vs. Novi Survey

The tool is awesome and the survey tool that was demoed for me is truly one that will be a game changer. I've actually been on site with clarabridge and they are awesome and they truly have a bright future in this industry. As HR analytics takes off and continues to grow, they will continue to become a key in how different talent, initiatives, etc., are assessed and can truly get an insight on the voice of employees on many possible initiatives.

Novi Survey works really well as a cost-effective option for companies looking to provide surveys and polls to a larger audience. The cost helps provide a great incentive for users to learn the (more complicated) service and save previous templates to save time in the future. The platform enables users the opportunity to export survey / poll results to other formats (such as excel) and quantify the data more effectively. The platform does struggle in immediate availability for users - as there is a larger learning curve compared to other options out in the market. So, if one is looking for immediate speed and accessibility to a platform, they may want to look for another option. However, if there is a dedicated user who is willing to train and improve, then this may be the platform for you.

• With Engagor, it is possible to organize a large volume of mentions in different mailboxes, which is perfect for our large company. With special Smart Folders to drill down into our data, we can make it possible to organize our mentions even more in-depth, divide the workload, and optimize our workflow. This increased efficiency makes it possible to work together closely as a team, across different departments. To sum this up: the Engagor platform provides our company with the perfect foundation to optimize our entire organizational structure.
• Another very interesting feature Engagor offers is their helpful and state-of-the-art tagging system. At NMBS we filter through large bulks of mentions and private messages on a daily basis which would be very difficult to organize without Engagor.

• Novi Survey does a fantastic job of allowing users to create nearly unlimited templates for future use.
• The tool allows users to create surveys that work well for a variety of platforms including mobile applications
• The platform is extremely cost-effective. My company is extremely large and the average per-user cost is incredibly efficient

• The user-interface of Novi Survey is rather dated. There are many other survey tools that look more up to date.
• One has to spend a significantly larger amount of time in order to create surveys. The platform is much more manual than others.
• There is a lack of pre-made templates that can help new users out - especially among most standard types of surveys.

Extensive featureset, great customer service.

We moved to Zendesk as it allowed us to have everything we needed. We didn't face FB Jail, we were able to respond to IG, FB & Twitter DMs at all times. The analytics were a bit better and we were able to do NPS and CSAT attached through our Zendesk platform

My company decided on primarily using Novi Survey based on the affordable rate for a large organization. Novi Survey is a quality survey / poll builder that aims for the more manual user. The platform works well in a variety of contexts and has plenty of options to help differentiate and brand your material appropriately. Novi Survey does not have all the bells and whistles directly out of the box but offers a toolkit fit for creating quality content and efficiently extracting the results.

• Well, due to the organization not truly pushing it for its value, we have struggled on this. We have seen great insight into certain projects when trying to improve certain processes or management structure and seeing the decline in those categories for term reasons/explanations but that does not truly say that the problem is fixed. You could draw a parallel but living in assumptions can cause more issues.
