ClickGuard vs. Xoom, a PayPal Service (personal use only)

ClickGAURD is highly suitable for detecting and preventing fraudulent clicks and helps generate higher revenues with the same marketing budgets. The reports created by ClickGUARD are also very helpful in understanding the impact and returns on the campaigns. It also helps identifies the geographies from where the fraudulent clicks are coming to help us take preventive measures. Having detailed documentation to get it deployed and get users onboarded quickly will be very helpful.

Xoom is best suited to send and receive money between two people who live in different countries, not only that we can also send money to our friends, colleagues, family members directly in their bank accounts. They have a great currency exchange functionality that directly converts our received money into our local currency, and deposits it into our bank account within a few minutes. The only drawback is that not many people know about it, it needs good marketing so that more people can use this service, and from my experience, I can say it is very secure and a good competitor of Payoneer.

• The real-time notifications are one of the best features of ClickGUARD for me.
• Automatic malicious click deflection is also a feature that I appreciate.
• There have been instances where a large number of clicks were made, but the resulting conversions were much below expectations.

• Very fast transfer and very secure as being of PayPal.
• Receiver don't need to download the app or use Xoom.
• It supports bank and debit card to transfer funds and same with the receiver.

• The one thing I've noticed that I believe is a disadvantage would have to be the lack of support on weekends or holidays which is understandable but at the same time, I'm sure people expect to still be supported right around the clock if that is what is advertised.

• Some destinations take longer to get delivered to.
• Higher amounts of money are harder to transfer.
• High fees when trying to add funds to new card.

I don't see any other service that is so versatile and which offers such a breadth of services.

It's one of the most easy to use and intuitive platforms. The app is very powerful as well.

I actually haven't found the need to use their customer support as yet but I'm sure that they are knowledgable and would assist any way they can.

The support team is excellent. They help with any queries.

The implementation was largely successful. Since this was a large shift from normal practices, we faced a few teething problems, but largely I'd say it went well.

formerly know as PPC Protect, now known as Lunio. we side by side user lunio as well and only problem with lunio was pricing. no doubt lunio has better feature set to stack against ClickGaurd but we didn't required that many features to begin with. ClickGaurd is simple solution for us and we are planning to explore it full before moving to any other platform

We agreed to select Xoom as the main payment method since it had more flexible options. It gives the user a full guarantee of transacting safely and when there is a conflict the customer support team acts quickly. The charges for sending and receiving money are relatively low as compared to other platforms. The mobile application has biometric login features making it difficult for unauthorized users to access confidential information.

• Prior to acquiring Clickguard, I wasn't even able to trust the numbers I was seeing and my money was being wasted. Since getting this app, there has been a total turn around in conversions, and sales have increased.

• We have had an uptick in payment processing times.
• We receive payments from customers on time with no lag between invoice and payment dates.
• Overall Xoom has literally added to our bottom line by allowing more than a physical check payment option.
