It is well suited when you do not care much about the UI and have a great internet connection and you need a wide variety of content on a wide number of topics provided by high value CEOs, Tech heads and entrepreneurs. Be ready, though, to face some minor bugs and small lag issues and bad video quality on low internet bandwidth

• ClickMeeting is user-friendly, the admin and user panel is simple, intuitive!
• When conducting training, you can use default settings such as edu mode and it saves time, I don't have to worry if I'm sure I've muted everyone and if I'm the only one visible.
• ClickMeeting is also integrated with the Moodle e-learning platform, so it's a great support in organizing blended-learning processes.

• The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
• The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
• The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.

• Individual Audio Controls. I'd love to be able to adjust the audio for each of the presenters within the platform, as the host. Not all presenters are tech savvy and sometimes don't know how to adjust this themselves.
• Additional Saved Color Schemes. I'd love to be able to create/save multiple custom color schemes that I can use for various events instead of a single one.

As I mentioned before, good content overall. Gets very laggy and buggy at times. Several issues with limited or low internet connectivity, can get almost unbearable at times. ClickMeeting has never disappointed. This platform made us organize webinars and trainings for our target groups more often. Our internal communication has also improved thanks to the use of this tool. ClickMeeting responds to all our need and we are very glad that we decided to use it. In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. Launching the platform, personalization and set up for events seemed easier than demonstrations of other products with more customization (at no extra costs) and user experience seemed similar if not better in some areas than the higher priced alternatives.
