Whenever you need to speak with someone who is not an experienced internet-user, Proficonf is the best. I mean there's a big green button you need to press. Sometimes you need to put your name. That's it. Even the old folks can handle it well.Also, we find Proficonf surprisingly good working with a non-stable internet connection. I mean, of course, quality is decreasing (they say it's adaptive), but the video remains smooth. Even in those cases, Proficonf has probably the smoothest video among all video conferencing services.

Professional Live Interface - One of the reasons we chose ClickMeeting was how professional it looked from the viewer's experience. Our client is very small, but the interface makes them look like a top-notch firm to viewers.
Customization - Our client didn't have to forego their brand for a service, they were able to make it work for them. Also ties in with my point above.
Easy Event Creation - Takes no time at all to plan/schedule an event or meeting.

Cons

As with most new software, ClickMeeting did create a learning curve for many of the employees - thus training was necessary.
Our company is contracted by the Federal Government, thus a lot of our information needs to be kept private. Some of our high-level management have noticed that ClickMeeting only provides 128-bit AES encryption, which we feel can be improved upon.
Some of our remote users have found that ClickMeeting has some lag-time when using it on their android devices.

Our overall experience with the ClickMeeting is beyond our expectations. The quality of the video is just amazing as it provides HD quality of audio and video. It has multiple features like screen sharing. whiteboard and private chats. This is a great tool for business meetings but it is not a good large number of participants

TeClickMeeting is a software that made it easy for us to arrange meetings. We can now communicate with each other without loss of connection and any kind of distortion as it works well even with weak bandwidth. In this software, we can add an unlimited number of participants to join our meeting. Apart from these two points, there isn’t any other downside of Teleport.

Alternatives Considered

Vimeo is the closest competitor to our organization. Vimeo hosts our online video library and luckily, it communicates with ClickMeeting well. If the demand for live webinars no longer existed, Vimeo would be next in line. However, at this time ClickMeeting remains our #1 due to integration, ease of access and design.

Proficonf proved to be a bit better than appear.in in terms of video quality and features.Zoom and Skype weren't any good for us. Proficonf is completely web-based, so it doesn't require a download like Skype or Zoom. Proficonf has much better video quality, there's no competition on that subject. And it's so much easier to use. However Skype is also a messenger, so we are still sometimes using it.

Return on Investment

It was an affordable software for what it delivered. We would have kept using it if the webinars had worked to drive business, or if we'd been able to drive more people to the webinars. Not ClickMeeting's fault. Great return on the investment in my mind.
