ClinicSense vs. Genbook

ClinicSense is best suited for any practitioner, either working in a workplace setting, or any self employed practitioner who charts clients and provides scheduling online. It's less appropriate for others in the health industry that don't have applicable charts (personal trainers, nutritionists) and / or have minimal client interactions

I never had to reach out for any help with the system, there was really good information on how to use Genbook. Any time a new feature was out, the how-to video was right there with it. I hate that Genbook merged with Booksy, I've had nothing but issues with Booksy, There's no customer service at all, on any forms of communication if you need help with Booksy.

• Client charts are detailed, visual & easy to navigate
• Customization is simple to use, allowing the program to feel more aligned
• Provided templates for client charts are plentiful and simple to use

• Manufactured time for my more essential job duties as owner
• It requires a credit card for all scheduling. Takes away the whole ask awkwardness.
• Sifts out the not so serious purveyors of massage and keeps those that are.
• Provides gift certificate purchase in increments or whole amounts. Saves me time.

• It would be great for ClinicSense to appeal to a wider range of users (ie Nutritionists, Personal Trainers etc)

• The end user’s (the customer's online booking view) is cumbersome and not very appealing in appearance.
• Email to your book of business via Genbook is missing.

ClinicSense is more geared toward Massage Therapists (in my opinion), whereas Jane targets a variety of practitioners.

AcuBase Pro is my practice management software. The only overlap for me is that they both function as customer databases. I would love to see integration between the software in the calendars.

• ROI is immeasureable. I'm certain clients wouldn't book without such a seamless process of online booking with automatic emails & confirmations. It's a huge time saver by inputting charts, finding information and checking schedules. I cannot imagine running my practice without this

• Save me money. I do not need to hire a receptionist. People book directly online often without ever speaking with me.
• People can book at all hours of day or night.
