Wildfire was a social media advertising management software application that was acquired but since discontinued by Google.
CloudContactAI is a great platform for communicating with customers and sending them deals. Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.
Our initial contract with Wildfire Whitelabel was for $30,000/year, as we progressed we found several alternatives for significantly less. We used this to our advantage to lower the second year to $17,000 with the limitation in the level of support (they call this their "core" subscription). Support has been quite bad.
During our contract, we also asked for quotes on some custom work, but never managed to get an answer (or actual quote). Now two years into our contract, the limitations and lack of development are enough for us to find a different solution. Newcomers to the market like Rafflecopter, WooBox and PunchTab are delivering much better results for a fraction of the price
I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.
CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.
Gave me a thorough rundown on everything the software does. Sometimes it is difficult to run through it all over the phone/internet, but I was able to figure it out myself.
[CloudContactAI] is a lot better than other products because it offers an insightful blog to help you become a better marketer, video tutorials for every feature.
Wildfire was a merely an adequate social media tool when it existed as a standalone, but it just couldn't compete against other players like Sprout, Falcon, and Sprinklr.
